About WCAA
 
   

The Woodlands Christian Athletic Association is a non-profit sports league, serving the churches of The Woodlands, Texas area. The league was established in 1993 with just a handful of churches and teams playing softball on Sunday afternoons. WCAA has grown to now offer men's and coed softball, men's basketball and coed volleyball. Over 30 churches from The Woodlands are represented in participation within WCAA.

The focus of our league is to offer an opportunity for fellowship and fun for Christians from a variety of churches through the playing of team sports.

The WCAA Board consists of the following individuals:

If you are interested in joining the WCAA and participating on our Board, please contact us now. We are always seeking at-large Board members.

The WCAA Scholarship Grant Program awards three $2000 scholarships to graduating seniors from local high schools. We are looking for senior boys or girls with a background of academic achievement, community involvement, sports involvement, and a strong Christian walk. If you or someone you know would like to apply, please complete the application below and return it to the WCAA by April 12, 2008. The winners will be notified as soon as the decision as been made.
