Alodia Christian Athletic Association
WCAA Announcement
Effective December 1st, Woodlands Christian Athletic Association (WCAA) has become Alodia Christian Athletic Association (ACAA). This is an exciting opportunity for current players and captains to experience a more solid infrastructure serving all of our leagues.
Alodia Sports Academy offers more operational efficiencies and a stronger organization with tremendous knowledge in a wide array of sports. Alodia is an events management firm that allows those who love sports to experience the joy of competition through adult and youth leagues, club teams, camps and skill instruction. Their programs – offered throughout Houston and other U.S. cities – are based on our same Christian values. Alodia Sports Academy will take our programs to a higher level, touching and impacting lives far outside our community.
Please know your leagues will continue to play on the same nights in the same places – so all the faces remain the same. Alodia Sports Academy will be operating behind the scenes to develop a much stronger organization, while keeping the close local feel to each league.
The basketball league will be starting in mid-January, and the softball league will be starting the beginning of February. Team and individual player registration for leagues will be available at www.wcaaonline.org beginning December 31th.
Thank you for your continuing support, and welcome to the newly named Alodia Christian Athletic Association.

ACAA is a Christian Athletic
Ministry committed to providing great Christian adult sports
leagues with the right spiritual atmosphere, environment
and fellowship.
It is ACAA's goal to be an extension of the church and to touch and impact our participants and their families in a positive, uplifting, spiritual way, while breaking down denominational barriers. ACAA dedicates itself as a good steward of the money that God provides our organization, and is committed to giving back to its family of participants and the Christian community.
Each year in addition to providing wholesome, well-rounded leagues, ACAA donates to great Christian ministries that help grow and glorify the kingdom of God. Ministries such as:
- KSBJ Radio
- World Vision
- ACAA offers Scholarships for Graduating Seniors
- ACAA also contributes to the college funds of young people that have lost a parent that was associated with ACAA. Kara Hensley who lost her father Matt when she was months old, her father and mother played volleyball with ACAA for six years, and Ty James who lost his mother Terri to cancer, who helped ACAA Men’s Softball for years at PJ’s Softball Park.
